Warranty and Non-Warranty service and repair is provided for all its instrumentation. All service is performed at the factory with loaner instruments available at no charge to the customer.

Tele-Check has been developed by Bio/Data to verify Aggregometer Calibration while the instrument remains in your laboratory. The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) specifies when calibration verification procedures should be performed and documented. Extended Warranties provide continued coverage. At all times, you should follow your laboratory’s protocol, as well as the governing regulatory agencies.
