A dedicated Bio/Data service technician remotely guides you through the calibration verification process. This on-site approach ensures that the PAP-8E Platelet Aggregometer remains in its operational environment, offering a more accurate representation of its performance.

Shipped Materials for Preparation:
Prior to your scheduled Tele-Check √ appointment, all necessary materials are shipped to your laboratory. This proactive step ensures that you have everything required for the calibration verification, streamlining the process and saving you time.

Convenient Calibration Results Submission:
Calibration results, generated by the instrument during the process, can be easily submitted. You have the option to email or fax these results to Bio/Data for a thorough review by our experienced Quality Control Representative.

Certificate of Calibration and Calibration Sticker:
Upon successful review and approval, a Certificate of Calibration, attesting to the adherence of your PAP-8E Platelet Aggregometer to the specified standards, will be issued. Additionally, a Calibration Sticker will be provided, indicating the calibration status and date. Both items will be promptly sent to your laboratory via overnight courier, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.

Our Tele-Check √ service is designed to accommodate PAP-8E Platelet Aggregometers of version 2.0 and above, offering a comprehensive solution for a wide range of instruments.
